I thought post-war economic growth comes back to a higher trend line since the productive capacity has to be rebuilt from scratch. After World War II Japan came back as the world's second largest economy after enduring 67 firebombed cities as well as two cities destroyed by atomic bombs. Germany came back stronger post WWII and is the world's second largest economy today as well. Is it possible that Gaza could be rebuilt as a better place?
