On China
Podcast with John Ellis
Early each morning, I hunt through an overflowing inbox in search of “New Items by John Ellis.” Far from a generic aggregation of the overnight news flow, Ellis offers a rare, yet concise, perspective on the world that you can’t find in your standard diet of online newspapers, magazines, and other websites. Economics, markets, science, and new developments in AI (of course) are elegantly curated with great links that can keep you busy for hours. Writing a new book, I don’t always have that luxury of added time, but I must confess News Items has sometimes compromised my morning shower.
Last week, I sat down with John (virtually) and recorded a podcast that was mostly about China , the US-China relationship, and the Summit — but also a little about me. For those of you with a little extra time (about 33 minutes), you can find it on this link .
